  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 2 mandarins peeled and segmented
  • 0.5 cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 0.5 honeydew melon peeled, seeded, and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 green grapes kept in small clusters
  • 1 red grapes kept in small clusters
  • 1 apple sliced (tossed in lemon juice)
  • 1 pear sliced (tossed in lemon juice)

Garnish & Optional Dip

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Pomegranate arils for garnish
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Optional dip
  • 2 tbsp honey Optional dip
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Optional dip

Instructions

Preparation

  • Wash and thoroughly dry all fruits on the platter. Prepare all fruits by hulling strawberries, slicing kiwi, segmenting mandarins, cutting melons into bite-sized pieces, keeping grapes in clusters, and tossing sliced apples and pears in lemon juice to prevent browning.

Optional Dip

  • If using the optional dip, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until well combined.

Platter Arrangement

  • Choose a large platter or cutting board for your fruit arrangement and place the dip bowl (if using) in the center or to one side. Arrange the prepared fruits around the dip, creating appealing sections with varied colors and textures.
  • Garnish the platter by scattering fresh mint leaves and sprinkling pomegranate arils over the top for a festive touch. Serve the fruit platter immediately or refrigerate it for up to 1-2 hours, covered loosely with plastic wrap.

Notes

For the best flavor and appearance, use fresh, ripe fruits. The lemon juice is crucial for keeping apples and pears from browning if prepared ahead of time.
