  • baking sheet
  • freezer

  • airtight container

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen, e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Equipment

  • Parchment paper or a silicone mat

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using), then stir gently until the berries are well distributed.
  • Line a baking sheet or a flat plate that fits in your freezer with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Freezing

  • Using a small spoon, drop small dollops (about 1-inch in diameter) of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet, leaving a little space between each bite.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until the yogurt bites are completely solid.

Storage

  • Once frozen, carefully peel the yogurt bites off the parchment paper or silicone mat, then store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cinnamon or a squeeze of lemon juice to the yogurt mixture. If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the berries before mixing them into the yogurt.
