Ingredients
  

For the Bowls

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions
 

Prepare the Bowls

  • Cook the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  • While the turkey cooks, steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey until smooth.

Assemble the Bowls

  • Divide the cooked rice among four serving bowls. Top each with the cooked ground turkey, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots.
  • Drizzle a generous amount of bang bang sauce over each bowl and garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the bang bang sauce. You can also customize the bowls with your favorite vegetables like bell peppers or edamame.
