  • 20 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onions
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • to salt taste
  • to black pepper taste

  • Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves and chop the onion.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat, then add minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the broth, add thyme and rosemary, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the healing benefits.

Notes

For an extra boost, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper while simmering. This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Adjust garlic quantity to your preference, but remember, more garlic equals more healing power!
