  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Wash the asparagus and trim off the woody ends.
  • Choose your cooking method: roast at 400°F for 10-15 minutes or sauté in olive oil/butter for 5-8 minutes until tender-crisp.

Garlic Butter
