Instructions
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into 1-1.5 inch cubes and chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Pat the chicken dry and cut it into 1.5-2 inch pieces of similar size.
Cooking
In a large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes, onion, and garlic with olive oil and all seasonings; mix thoroughly.
Transfer the seasoned mixture to your slow cooker and pour in the chicken broth.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Stir gently before serving.

For best results, ensure chicken pieces are uniform for even cooking. Adjust seasoning to your preference.
