  • 2 shots freshly brewed espresso (approx. 2 oz)
  • 6-8 oz milk (whole milk, oat milk, or almond milk recommended)
  • 1-2 tsp lavender syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)

Garnish (Optional)

  • dried lavender buds or a drizzle of honey

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Grind fresh coffee beans finely and pull two shots of espresso into your mug.

Sweetening

  • Stir the lavender syrup and optional honey into the hot espresso until dissolved.

Steaming Milk

  • Pour cold milk into a frothing pitcher and steam until it reaches 140-150°F with a velvety microfoam.

Assembly

  • Gently pour the steamed milk over the espresso and syrup mixture.

Finishing Touch

  • Optionally garnish with dried lavender buds or a drizzle of honey, then serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of lavender syrup and honey to your taste preference. For best results, use freshly ground coffee beans.
