Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Glaze

  • Whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl to create the glaze.

Baking

  • Place salmon on the baking sheet and spoon half of the glaze over it, reserving the rest for serving. Bake for 12-18 minutes until flaky, then broil for 1-2 minutes for a crispier finish.

Assembly

  • While the salmon bakes, prepare your rice and vegetables. Divide cooked rice and vegetables among serving bowls, then top with a glazed salmon fillet.

Serving

  • Drizzle with the reserved glaze, garnish with toasted sesame seeds and green onions if desired, and serve immediately with a lime wedge.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the glaze for 15-30 minutes before baking. Ensure your salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F / 63°C for food safety. Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preferred spice level.
