  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and shred it using two forks, then return shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
  • Add broccoli florets and shredded cheddar cheese to the slow cooker, stirring to combine.
  • Continue to cook for another 30-60 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Serve this dish over rice, pasta, or with a side of crusty bread to soak up the delicious creamy sauce. You can also add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat!
