  • 1 bag Pretzel Crisps
  • 10 oz High-quality white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bar
  • 5 mini Peppermint Candy Canes crushed

Preparation

  • Crush the mini candy canes in a Ziploc bag using a rolling pin until you have fine and slightly chunky pieces.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals (stirring well after each) or in a double boiler until smooth.
  • Dip each pretzel crisp halfway into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  • Immediately place the dipped pretzel on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and generously sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
  • Chill the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until the white chocolate is completely firm.

Notes

For best results, use good quality white chocolate as it melts more smoothly and has better flavor. Store leftover crisps in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
