  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)
  • 0.5 tsp spirulina powder (Optional: for an extra boost)

  • Combine all ingredients (frozen berries, banana, almond milk, protein powder, spinach, chia seeds, ginger, and optional spirulina and ice cubes) in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for a vibrant, nutrient-packed start to your day.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, ensure your berries are well frozen, or add extra ice cubes. Adjust sweetness to your preference with a touch of honey or maple syrup if desired.
