  • ½ cup mixed tropical fruit fresh or frozen, thawed - e.g., mango, pineapple, papaya
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut toasted, if desired
  • 1 tablespoon chopped macadamia nuts or other nuts
  • honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

Layering the Parfait

  • Grab a glass or small bowl, then spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom.
  • Layer half of the tropical fruit over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle half of the granola, shredded coconut, and chopped macadamia nuts on top of the fruit.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, tropical fruit, granola, coconut, and nuts.
  • If desired, drizzle with honey or maple syrup.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your vibrant, power-packed breakfast!

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the shredded coconut lightly before adding. You can also experiment with different types of nuts or seeds, such as almonds or chia seeds.
