Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, sunflower seed butter, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chopped dried mango.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a sticky and well-combined mixture forms, adjusting consistency with more applesauce or oats if needed.
  • Roll the mixture into uniform, bite-sized balls, each approximately 1-inch in diameter.
  • Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
