  • cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ¼ cup mixed berries fresh or frozen

Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut

Preparation

  • In a jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds, then stir thoroughly to avoid clumps.
  • Stir in the maple syrup and mixed berries.
  • Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serving

  • In the morning, stir the oats and add more almond milk if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
