  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, and chia seeds.
  • Stir well to fully submerge the chia seeds and remove any clumps.
  • Optionally, add maple syrup and vanilla extract, then stir again.
  • Top the mixture with mixed berries and chopped almonds.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, stir briefly and enjoy directly from the jar.

Notes

Customize with your favorite fruits, nuts, or sweeteners. For a creamier texture, use a thicker milk or add more chia seeds.
