Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg

Optional Topping

  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make sure there are no lumps.

Mixing Wet Ingredients

  • In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the milk, creamy peanut butter, and large egg.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top if desired.

Cooling
