  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries fresh or thawed frozen – strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
  • 2 tbsp Low-Sugar Granola
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tbsp Slivered Almonds
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional

Preparation

  • Spoon your desired amount of Greek yogurt into a bowl.
  • Gently fold in your fresh or thawed mixed berries, swirling them in or layering them on top.
  • Sprinkle low-sugar granola for crunch and add chia and ground flax seeds for a nutritional boost.
  • Drizzle almond butter over the mixture, with warm nut butter working best.
  • Scatter cacao nibs and hemp hearts, then finish with slivered almonds for healthy fats and crunch.
  • Add a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is desired, then serve.

Notes
