  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper; toss to coat evenly.

Baking & Serving

  • Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp turn opaque pink and curl into a C-shape, being careful not to overcook.
  • Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon if desired, then serve immediately.
