  • Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it as thinly and evenly as possible (1/8 to 1/4 inch thick) using an offset spatula to ensure crispy chips.

Baking and Cooling

  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the cottage cheese is golden brown and crispy, checking after 25 minutes as baking times may vary.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chips cool completely on the parchment paper, as they will become crispier as they cool, then carefully peel them off.
