  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 refrigerated flaky biscuits (16.3-ounce) can (8 count)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Open the can of biscuits, tear or cut each biscuit into 4-6 smaller pieces, and scatter them evenly across the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the 6 eggs vigorously until the yolks and whites are fully combined and slightly frothy.
  • Carefully pour the whisked eggs over the biscuit pieces in the baking dish, ensuring even distribution and that all biscuit pieces are well-coated.

Baking & Serving

  • Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set in the center and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

This recipe is easily adaptable! Feel free to add cheese, cooked sausage, bacon, or vegetables for more flavor. Ensure eggs are fully cooked for food safety.
