  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 0.5 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Sauce

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is thickened.

Notes

Serve these meatballs over mashed potatoes or egg noodles for a complete meal. You can also add sliced mushrooms to the sauce for extra flavor.
