Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter peanut, almond, or cashew
  • honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

Assembly

  • Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a glass or portable container.
  • Layer with half of the mixed berries, granola, and chia seeds.
  • Add the remaining Greek yogurt and top with the rest of the berries, granola, and chia seeds.
  • Dollop nut butter on top and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Notes

This parfait is highly customizable! Feel free to add different fruits, nuts, or sweeteners based on your preference. For an extra protein boost, consider adding a scoop of protein powder to your yogurt.
