  • 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 6 oz Canned artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 10 oz Frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
  • Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and squeezed dry spinach until well combined.
  • Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface or parchment paper.
  • Evenly spread the spinach artichoke mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a small border.
  • Starting from one long edge, carefully roll up the puff pastry tightly into a log.
  • Slice the log into 12 equal pieces, about 1 inch thick.
  • Place the swirls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling. These swirls can be made ahead of time and reheated in a warm oven.
