  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole
  • 0.25 cup Black olive halves for spiders

  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes halved, for blood
  • 20 Edible candy eyeballs
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream for glue

Instructions

Preparation

  • Lightly warm tortilla wraps to make them easy to roll.
  • Spread refried beans thinly on each tortilla.
  • Top the beans with shredded cheddar cheese and a spoonful of salsa.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a burrito, then cut into 1-inch thick "tombstone" slices.
  • Arrange the burrito bites upright on a platter.
  • Pipe sour cream onto each "tombstone" and attach an edible candy eyeball.
  • Place small dollops of guacamole around the bases of the bites for "grass."
  • Scatter chopped green onions and halved cherry tomatoes over the platter for extra "grass" and "blood."
  • Position black olive halves to look like spiders crawling around the graveyard.
  • Serve immediately to enjoy your spooky scene!

Notes

For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the refried beans. You can also prepare the burrito rolls ahead of time and refrigerate them, then slice and decorate just before serving. Experiment with different fillings like seasoned ground beef or black beans to vary the flavors. Serve with extra salsa or a spooky green dip!
