Ingredients
  

Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or any milk alternative
  • 1 vanilla protein powder optional, for extra protein

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Granola
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • sliced fresh kiwi

Instructions

  • Add frozen mango, frozen banana, fresh spinach, coconut milk, and protein powder (if using) to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth; if too thick, add more coconut milk until desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Arrange granola, shredded coconut, and sliced fresh kiwi on top of the smoothie bowl.
  • Serve immediately with a spoon.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use all frozen fruits. Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding a touch of honey or maple syrup if needed.
