Instructions
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except honey/maple syrup in a jar or container.
Stir everything well to distribute chia seeds evenly and prevent clumping.
Chilling
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 4 hours, until the oats are soft, have absorbed the liquid, and the mixture is thick.
Serving
In the morning, stir the mixture.
Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness, if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy your tropical overnight oats.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk. You can also add other tropical fruits like pineapple or banana.
