  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • ½ cup honey mustard dressing
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

The Wings

  • Pat chicken wings dry, then toss with baking powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, place a wire rack on top, and arrange seasoned wings in a single layer.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), then bake wings for 40-50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Flavor Hacks (while wings bake)

  • For Classic Buffalo, combine hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, and garlic powder in a small saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • For Sweet & Sticky BBQ, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey/maple syrup, soy sauce, and smoked paprika.
  • For Garlic Parmesan, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley in a small bowl.
  • For Lemon Pepper, whisk together melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • For Spicy Asian Glaze, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, Sriracha, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil in a small saucepan; simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • For Honey Mustard, whisk together honey mustard dressing, honey, Dijon mustard, and optional cayenne pepper.
  • Once wings are baked, transfer them to a bowl, pour desired sauce over, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

Notes
