Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (3-4 breasts), or chicken tenders

Sauce

  • 6-8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Seasoning

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Prepare chicken breasts by slicing horizontally or pounding to 1/2-inch thickness, then pat dry and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  • Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, and once melted, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth or white wine, scrape up browned bits, and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce slightly reduces.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over each piece to coat, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve this dish with your favorite side, such as mashed potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad. Adjust garlic to your preference.
