- 1 ½ cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Valentine's Day M&M's
- 1/2 cup or more Valentine's Day Sprinkles

- Measure 9 cups of Chex cereal into a large heat-proof bowl and set it aside.
- Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave in 30-second intervals (or 15-second intervals if needed) until completely smooth.
- Stir the vanilla extract into the melted chocolate mixture.
- Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the cereal and gently fold with a rubber spatula until evenly coated, being careful not to crush the cereal.
- Transfer the coated cereal to a large zip-top bag with powdered sugar, seal, and shake vigorously until all cereal is thoroughly coated.
- Spread the coated cereal onto parchment paper or a baking sheet to cool for 10-15 minutes, then add M&M's and sprinkles and toss gently.
